As a result, the building’s vacancy rate has fallen from 70% to 36% in just 6 months. Having concluded 65,000 sq ft office lettings to mobile recycling specialists Redeem and product realization company Plexus, Martin has now been instrumental in securing CS Lounge Suite’s 61,000 sq ft warehouse acquisition at the site. Martin’s multiple letting activity in recent months has significantly enhanced the investments income profile for the Fund.
