Prior to the leases on two existing offices coming to an end, Edgar Property Solutions successfully relocated charitable organisation Includem to the south side of Glasgow.
Challenges
Includem had Headquarters in the East End of Glasgow and a local branch in Clydebank. With lease expiries on both approaching, the organisation wanted a cost effective solution for new premises which would accommodate both existing offices.
