The Chairman of the RICS in Scotland has appointed Martin to act as Independent Expert in connection with a rental dispute between landlord and tenant in the Aurora building in Glasgow’s Bothwell St. The dispute centres on a 9^th floor leasehold interest at the building which occupies a prime location in the city’s central business district. With a passing rent in excess of £450,000 per annum, this is a key appointment for Martin to secure within the Glasgow office market.
