In today’s market, achieving full RICS membership is even more important for both the APC candidate and their employer. While mentoring from within an organisation is to be supported, it is not always ideal for the candidate or a busy supervisor or line manager.

To help candidates and their employers, Martin created a unique mentoring role in Scotland, providing candidates with one to one guidance and support through a programme which is tailored to each individual’s needs.
