Challenges
Due to rapid company growth, Simply Financial Solutions needed to secure larger office premises. Having started the process of finding new accommodation themselves and with the clock ticking, SFS was considering signing a lease on a property in the Anderston area of the city. Edgar Property Solutions was appointed at the eleventh hour to find an alternative property solution.

Edgar Property Solutions secured a deal for an office suite in Sovereign House, Elliot Street, which provided a more suitable option for SFS. Offering 3,000 square feet, the suite was the perfect fit for the business. Located just round the corner from their existing premises, it also meant little disruption to their staff’s travel to work routines. In addition, I negotiated a more cost effective deal than the original one SFS had been considering.
Extra Mile
With larger accommodation safely secured, SFS faced the next challenge of office furnishing. I negotiated a deal for SFS to acquire a large proportion of the previous tenant’s fit out and furniture, saving them a significant amount of time and money.
